Collard Greens - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bunch collard greens
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Trim and wash greens.
    Cut into 1/2-inch pieces.
    Put in pressure cooker.
    Add 1 cup water, salt and oil.
    Cook on pressure for 5 minutes.
    Cool the cooker and let water boil down. Add 2 tablespoons of sugar and cook 5 more minutes.
