Ham Roll-Up Appetizers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can hearts of palm (usually 6 to 7 per can; if less, cut large ones into halves or quarters)
    8 oz. cream cheese
    2 tsp. fresh squeezed lemon juice
    4 green onions, chopped fine
    6 to 7 rectangular slices boiled ham
Preparation
    Drain hearts of palm.
    Mix cream cheese, onion and lemon juice until creamy.
    Spread some cheese mixture on each slice of ham. Place one palm on the short end of each slice of ham and roll up. Place on plate and refrigerate at least 3 hours.
    When ready to serve, cut each roll into 1/2-inch pieces and arrange on serving plate.
