Carrot Patties - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 pkg. carrots
4 eggs
1 c. flour
1 big bunch green onions
salt
red pepper
Preparation
-
Cook and mash carrots.
Mix in all ingredients.
Refrigerate all day or all night or freeze for later.
Place large heaping tablespoonful in palm of hand.
Pat flour on both sides and form into patty.
Deep-fry (in frying pan) until brown on both sides.
