Lazy Day Beef Stew Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew beef, cut into 1-inch cubes
    4 medium potatoes, cut up
    2 stalks celery, sliced
    1 onion, chopped
    3 carrots, sliced
    3/4 c. peas
    1 can tomato soup, undiluted
    1 c. water
    2 bouillon cubes
Preparation
    Arrange beef and vegetables in 3-quart casserole dish or I use a small roaster pan.
    Combine soup and water, pour over meat and vegetables.
    Tuck bouillon cubes in casserole at opposite ends of dish.
    Cover and bake at 300\u00b0 for 3 1/2 hours or until meat is tender.
    Is good served over biscuits.
