Cream Cheese Tarts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 eggs
2/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
vanilla cookie wafers
fruit pie filling
Preparation

Mix first 4 ingredients together until creamy and smooth; set aside.
Place 1 vanilla cookie wafer in muffin tin inside cupcake paper.
Place cheese mixture on top of cookie (about 1/2 full) and bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Cool.
Place your choice of fruit pie filling on top (cherry, peach and blueberry are attractive). Makes about 24.
