Homemade Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    3 c. milk
    2 c. evaporated milk
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Beat the eggs together; add sugar a little at a time.
    Add salt, vanilla and milk; mix well.
    Pour into ice cream maker and mix.
    Makes 1/2 gallon.
