Strawberry Pretzel Salad - cooking recipe

2 c. coarsely crushed pretzels
3/4 c. margarine, melted
1 c. plus 3 Tbsp. sugar, divided
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
8 oz. Cool Whip, thawed
6 oz. pkg. strawberry jello
1 c. boiling water
1 c. miniature marshmallows
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen sliced strawberries, thawed
Preparation

Combine crushed pretzels, margarine and 3 tablespoons sugar. Press into 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 8 minutes. Cool.
