Ripe Tomato Chili Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    30 tomatoes
    2 or 3 green peppers
    2 large onions
    2 or 3 hot peppers
    2 Tbsp. coarse salt
    2 Tbsp. pickling spice
    1 stick cinnamon
    1 Tbsp. mustard seed
    1/2 tsp. cloves
    3 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. white Heinz vinegar
Preparation
    Skin and cook tomatoes.
    Drain well in colander.
    Chop onions and peppers; add to drained tomatoes.
    Add all spices, sugar and vinegar.
    Cook 30 minutes or until thick.
