Ingredients

5 c. diced rhubarb
5 c. sugar
4 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin
Preparation

Combine rhubarb, drained pineapple and sugar.
Let stand overnight.
Boil until rhubarb is tender; add gelatin.
Pour into hot sterilized jars and seal or place in suitable freezer containers and freeze.
