Cashew Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. boneless chicken, cut in bite size pieces
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. milk
    cashews
    chopped green onion
Preparation
    Mix egg and milk.
    Let chicken sit in this mixture for 15 minutes.
    Roll chicken in flour.
    In a large skillet, fry chicken pieces in cooking oil.
    Drain.
