Italian Beef - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 lb. rolled or rump roast
1 c. water
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (12 oz.) can beer
1 envelope onion soup mix
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 oz. brandy
Preparation

Roast meat as usual.
After cooling, slice thin.
To pan juices, add water, salt, pepper and garlic salt.
Place the sliced meat in the juices, cover with beer, brandy and soup mix.
Cover with foil and bake 1/2 hour at 300\u00b0.
Serve on buns or hard rolls.
