Ingredients

1 (4 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3 1/2 c. sifted confectioners sugar
1/4 tsp. vanilla
shredded coconut
dash of salt
Preparation

Place cream cheese in a bowl and cream it until soft and smooth.
Slowly blend the sugar into it.
Add vanilla and salt and mix until well blended.
Form into balls, using 1 tablespoon of mixture for each.
Roll in the coconut; chill until firm.
