No Passover Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    1 c. water
    1 (16 oz.) jar peach or apricot preserves
    1 small jar Russian dressing
    1 cut up chicken
Preparation
    Mix the soup mix with water and cook until onions are tender. Add the peach or apricot preserves and dressing.
    Stir until preserves melt.
    Place the chicken in pan or dish and pour sauce over chicken.
    Bake 1 hour in preheated oven at 350\u00b0.
    Serve with rice.
