Sour Cream Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick margarine or butter
    1 1/3 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour (all-purpose)
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. soda
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. mashed bananas
Preparation
    Cream the margarine and sugar.
    Add eggs; mix well.
    Add vanilla.
    Sift dry ingredients together.
    Add to creamed mixture alternately with sour cream.
    Add bananas and nuts.
    Mix well. Pour into a greased and floured loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour or pour into miniature loaf pans and bake about 20 minutes.
