Lemon Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 c. plus 4 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts
1 c. lemon chips

Preparation

Cream shortening and sugar.
Add eggs, brown sugar, vanilla and dry ingredients.
Add nuts and lemon chips.
Drop by teaspoon onto greased baking sheet.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until edges begin to brown, about 10 minutes.
