Summer Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. chopped summer squash
    1/4 c. onion, chopped
    1 c. shredded carrots
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    8 oz. pkg. herb seasoned stuffing
    1/2 c. butter, melted
Preparation
    Cook carrot, onion and squash in boiling water 5 minutes. Drain and combine with soup and sour cream.
    Mix melted butter in stuffing.
    Spread 1/2 stuffing in bottom of casserole dish.
    Spoon in the vegetables and cover with the rest of stuffing.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
