Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 c. salad oil
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    2 c. pecans
    2 c. bananas
    3 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Add oil and eggs.
    Stir until moistened. Add vanilla, pineapple, bananas and 1 cup pecans.
    Bake in 3 layers at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
