Chicken Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

9 to 11 slices bread
3 or more c. cooked chicken (2 legs, thighs and breasts)
2 Tbsp. onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. margarine
1/2 c. celery
salt to taste
pepper to taste
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1 can cream of chicken soup
Preparation

Cube 5 or 6 slices of bread, spread on a greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
Combine together chicken, onion, green pepper, margarine, celery, salt and pepper.
Spread mixture over bread.
Cube 4 or 5 more slices bread and spread over chicken.
Combine eggs and milk. Mix and pour over mixture.
Chill overnight.
