Squash Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium size squash, sliced to 1/4-inch slices (use zucchini, yellow squash, summer squash, etc.)
    1 small to medium onion
    grated Parmesan cheese
    2 to 3 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Dice onion and saute in butter until almost transparent.
    Add sliced squash and continue to saute.
    When squash is slightly browned and limp, remove from heat.
    Serve with generous amounts of Parmesan cheese on top.
