Pollo Flauta - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. chicken broth
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. parsley
1 tsp. grated onion
1 1/2 c. diced cooked chicken
1 doz. tortillas
dash each: paprika, nutmeg and pepper
Preparation

Melt butter; blend in flour and salt.
Add broth.
Cook and stir until thick.
Add lemon juice, parsley, onion, paprika, nutmeg and pepper.
Stir in chicken.
Cool slightly.
Warm tortillas until soft.
Place 1 tablespoon of chicken mixture on each tortilla; roll and secure with toothpick.
Fry in deep hot oil at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 2 minutes, until crisp.
Serve with guacamole.
