Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. baking soda
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 c. oil
    4 large eggs, slightly beaten
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
    1 1/2 c. shredded coconut
    1 1/3 c. pureed cooked carrots
    3/4 c. crushed pineapple, drained
    Cream Cheese Frosting
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease 2 (9-inch) spring-form pans. Sift dry ingredients into bowl.
    Add oil, eggs and vanilla.
    Beat well.
    Fold in walnuts, coconut, carrots and pineapple.
    Pour into pans.
    Bake on middle rack of oven for 50 minutes or until edges pull away and cake tester comes out clean.
    Cool on cake rack for 3 hours.
    Frost cake with Cream Cheese Frosting.
