Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. (8 oz.) macaroni
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook and drain macaroni.
    In separate pan, melt butter; mix flour and salt.
    Gradually add milk and 1 cup cheese.
    Stir constantly until thick and cheese is melted.
    Add macaroni; mix well.
    Turn into buttered 2-quart casserole.
    Sprinkle remaining cheese over top.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
    Makes 6 servings.
