Fergie'S Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 hard-boiled egg
1/2 green pepper, chopped
8 to 10 medium potatoes
1 small carrot, chopped fine
1/4 tsp. salt to taste
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 stalks celery
1/2 small onion, chopped
3/4 c. sweet pickles, chopped
2 small radishes, chopped
1 Tbsp. mustard
4 to 8 oz. mayonnaise
1 to 2 Tbsp. sugar to taste
1/8 c. pickle juice
Preparation

Mix green peppers, small carrot, celery, sweet pickles, onions, radishes, salt, pepper, sugar and pickle juice in mixing bowl.
Add potatoes which have been boiled and cut in cubes.
Stir and mix with other ingredients.
Add one chopped or diced hard-boiled egg.
Stir and mix with long prong fork and big spoon. Add mustard and mayonnaise, stir.
Add celery leaves for decoration if desired.
Cover and chill overnight.
