Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 lb. chicken
1 can cream of mushroom soup or onion soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
1 stick butter
Preparation

Boil and take chicken off bone (reserve broth). Place chicken in bottom of 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Mix mushroom soup, cream of chicken and 1 1/2 to 2 cups reserved broth.
Heat in saucepan and pour over chicken. Mix butter with stuffing and spread over top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
