Unstuffed Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 to 6 pork chops
4 1/2 c. crumbled bread cubes
4 Tbsp. chopped onion
4 Tbsp. chopped celery
3 Tbsp. butter
1/2 to 1 1/4 c. water
1 tsp. sage
1/4 tsp. pepper and salt
Preparation

Brown pork chops in skillet; set aside.
Melt butter in skillet.
Add onions and celery.
Cook over low heat until onion is soft.
Add sage, pepper and salt.
Blend well.
Add crumbs and water.
Toss lightly until bread is slightly moistened.
