Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 1/2 c cooking oil
1 c sugar
3/4 sick of margarine
2 1/4 c self rising flour
1/2 tsp vanilla
3 cups chopped apples
1/2 c chopped nuts
Preparation

Mix eggs, oil, sugar and margarine. Then add flour and vanilla, mix well. Next add apples and nuts. Mix well, pour into greased and floured 9x13 pan and bake at approximately 350\u00b0 until done.
About 30-35 minutes. Add glaze.
