Breakfast Apple Pancake(Dutch Babies) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. butter or margarine
2 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. brown sugar
3 eggs
3/4 c. flour
3/4 c. milk
2 large apples, peeled and thinly sliced
1 Tbsp. white sugar
Preparation

Saute apples in butter, cinnamon and brown sugar until translucent (5 to 10 minutes).
Meanwhile, mix eggs and flour until smooth.
Blend in milk and sugar.
Put apple mixture in 8 x 8-inch pan and top with egg/milk batter.
Bake until pancake is puffy and golden.
Bake at 400\u00b0 to 450\u00b0 about 15 minutes.
Dust with powdered sugar.
Serves 4.
