Red Beans And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (15 oz.) kidney beans
    3 slices bacon
    1 large chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 small chopped bell pepper
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1/3 c. green onion tops
    2 Tbsp. catsup
    1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 (12 oz.) jar pimento, chopped
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 or 2 tsp. chili powder
Preparation
    Fry bacon and crumble into kidney beans.
    Saute vegetables in bacon drippings.
    Cook until wilted, but not brown.
    Add beans and remaining ingredients.
    Cover and simmer about 30 minutes.
    Serve over cooked rice.
