Stuffed Lettuce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head iceberg lettuce
    2 oz. Bleu cheese or Roquefort cheese
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 to 3 Tbsp. milk
    1 Tbsp. onion, grated
Preparation
    Hollow out center of lettuce, leaving at least a 1-inch shell. Beat cheeses and milk until smooth.
    Add onion and mix thoroughly.
    Stuff lettuce with mixture.
    Chill until firm.
