Yellow Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. squash
    1 can cream of mushroom sup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. green pepper
    1 small onion
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 stick butter
    1 pkg. Ritz crackers
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook squash and drain.
    Saute pepper and onion in 1/2 stick butter.
    Mash squash.
    Add to mushroom and chicken soup.
    Add beaten eggs and sauteed peppers and onions.
    Mix well; pour into buttered casserole dish.
    Mix 1/2 stick butter with cracker crumbs.
    Sprinkle a thick layer of crumbs over casserole and top with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake in a 325\u00b0 oven for 25 to 35 minutes.
