Chicken Fried Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. round steak (tenderized)
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix salt and pepper into flour.
    Beat eggs and milk in a bowl. Dip meat into liquid mix, then flour, pressing firmly with hands. Dip into liquid again and flour again.
    Fry in hot oil, about 3-inches deep, until floats and is brown.
