Salmon Party Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) can salmon
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 Tbsp. horseradish
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    3 tsp. minced parsley
Preparation
    Drain and flake salmon, removing skin and bone.
    Combine with cream cheese, lemon juice, onion, horseradish and salt.
    Chill several hours.
