No-Sugar Fruit Salad(Diabetic) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. pineapple chunks or tidbits
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. sweetener
banana slices
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Drain juice from pineapple in saucepan.
Stir a small amount of juice into cornstarch and return to saucepan.
Cook until thick.
Stir in vanilla and sweetener.
(Dice chunks.)
Combine pineapple and equal amount of banana slices.
Pour mixture over fruit.
Toss until well coated.
Refrigerate until well chilled.
