Cornbread Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. yellow cornmeal
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 (17 oz.) can cream-style corn
1 c. milk
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 lb. ground beef
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 large onion, chopped
1 small can chopped green chilies
Preparation

Combine first 7 ingredients in a bowl; set aside.
Brown ground meat; drain and set aside.
Pour half of cornmeal mixture into a greased 10 1/2-inch cast-iron skillet.
Sprinkle evenly with beef; top with cheese, onions and chilies.
Pour remaining batter over top.
