Louisiana Doves - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 dove breasts
    flour, salt and pepper
    1/4 c. cooking oil
    2 tomatoes, chopped
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 c. green pepper
    1 c. long grain rice
    1 c. chicken bouillon
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Dust doves with seasoned flour (salt and pepper). Brown on all sides in cooking oil in heavy skillet. Add celery, onion and green pepper; saute for a few minutes. Add rice, tomatoes and bouillon to skillet. Salt and pepper to taste.
    Cover and simmer for 40 minutes.
