Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. corn meal
1/2 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
3 to 4 Tbsp. oil
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. dried minced onions
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Put oil in iron skillet; put skillet in oven while preheating to 375\u00b0.
Meanwhile, mix other ingredients in bowl.
When oven is heated, remove skillet; pour excess oil in cornbread mixture and mix.
Pour mix into skillet and bake 20 to 25 minutes at 375\u00b0.
