Jaffa Cheesecake Slice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. all purpose flour
    1/4 c. cocoa powder
    1/2 c. confectioner sugar
    160 grams (5 oz.) butter
    1/2 lb. cream cheese softened and chopped
    3 Tbsp. orange rind grated
    1/2 c. sour cream
    3 eggs slightly beaten
    1/3 c. confectioners sugar
    4 oz. white chocolate grated
    grated chocolate and glace orange wedges
Preparation
    Preheat oven to moderate 325 to 350\u00b0.
    Brush a 9 inch square cake tin with oil or melted butter.
    Line base with baking paper, extending over 2 sides.
    Place flour, cocoa and confectioners sugar in a food processor; add butter using pulse action, process for 45 seconds until mixture comes together.
    Press into prepared tin, smoothing surface with the back of a spoon.
    Bake for 15 minutes; cool completely.
    Reduce oven to moderately slow 325\u00b0.
    To make topping, combine cream cheese, rind and sour cream in a large mixing bowl.
    Using electric beaters, beat until mixture is smooth and creamy.
    Beat in eggs, sugar and chocolate.
    Pour topping over base.
    Bake for about one hour or until set; cool completely in tin.
    Serve, cut into squares, decorated with grated chocolate and glace orange.
