Cream Cheese Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. crescent rolls
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 egg yolk and white, separated
Preparation
    Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Lay out 1 package of rolls; pinch seams together.
    Mix together the cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice, vanilla and egg yolk.
    Spread mixture on rolls; top with other package of rolls.
    Beat egg white until foamy; brush on top of rolls.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Sprinkle powdered sugar on top when done.
    Good warm or cold.
