Laura'S Grilled Shrimp And Scallops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Can Coconut Milk
    Juice from 2 Freshly Squeezed Limes
    1/2 Bunch Chopped Scallions
    1 Jalapeno Pepper, Seeded and Chopped
    1 Cup Chopped Fresh Cilantro Leaves
    1/2 Cup Olive Oil
    Salt and Pepper to Taste
    Wooden Skewers
Preparation
    Pure all ingredients in blender.
    Alternate shrimp and scallops on skewers and place in shallow pan.
    Pour marinade over and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
    Grill skewers on a barbecue, basting with remaining marinade.
    Can be used to marinate other seafood or chicken.
