Hash Brown-Ham Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) sour cream
1 (10 3/4 oz.) cream chicken soup
1 (32 oz.) frozen hash brown potatoes
8 oz. cheese, cut in cubes (2 c.)
1 small onion, chopped
2 c. crushed cornflakes
1/2 c. margarine, melted
1 c. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

In a large bowl, combine sour cream and soup.
Stir in frozen potatoes, ham, American cheese and onion.
Transfer mixture in 9 x 13-inch dish.
Spread evenly.
