Pappardelle Ala Contadina - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. fresh mushrooms
    2 medium onions
    1/2 lb. Italian sausage (5 links)
    salt
    6 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 c. heavy cream
    freshly ground pepper
    1 lb. Pappardella or fettuccine
    1/2 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Wash and slice mushrooms.
    Mince onions.
    Remove sausage meat from casings and chop.
    Put salted water on for pasta.
