Oatmeal Macaroons - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
1 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. solid Crisco
2 eggs
3 c. oatmeal
1/2 c. coconut
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

In a very
large bowl, mix sugars with shortening.
Add vanilla and eggs;
mix
thoroughly.
Add
flour,
baking soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon;
mix well.
Fold in oatmeal, coconut and chocolate
chips.
Drop
by
teaspoon
on
greased baking sheet.
Bake 10
to\t15 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
Allow to cool for two minutes before removing from baking sheet.
Makes about 8 dozen.
