Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch (or more if needed)
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. apple pie spice
1/2 c. orange juice
1/3 c. melted butter or margarine
peeled and sliced apples to fill 9-inch pie pan
Preparation

I cook my apples a little with the other ingredients until they are a little tender.
Pour all ingredients into unbaked 9-inch pie crust.
Add top crust, cut slits for steam to escape. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes, then reduce temperature to 350\u00b0 and continue baking for about 35 minutes.
