Tomato Aspic - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. V-8 juice (8 oz.)
    1 c. boiling water
    1 small box lemon jello
Preparation
    Mix jello with boiling water.
    Add the V-8 juice.
    Refrigerate until jelled.
    Cut and serve on lettuce.
    Top with Ranch dressing mixed with 1/4 cup of mayonnaise.
    Serves 4 to 6.
