Torte - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. white cake batter (your favorite recipe)
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 c. almonds, slivered
Preparation

Place strips of waxed paper crisscross over bottom of 2 greased and floured 9-inch layer cake pans allowing ends to extend over sides of pan for easy removal of cake.
