Cold Curried Chicken Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked rice (cook 1 1/2 c.)
    1 bottle creamy Italian salad dressing
    4 c. diced chicken
    4 chopped green onions
    1 small can sliced ripe olives
    1 c. celery
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper (1 large)
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. curry powder
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cool rice. Marinate overnight (or several hours) in dressing. Add all other ingredients. Serve cold.
    (Good with a fruit salad or baked apples and hot cheese bread.)
