Banana Pecan Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

3/4 c. chopped pecans
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. mashed, ripe bananas
1/3 c. oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Lightly grease a 9-inch square pan. Mix pecans, brown sugar and cinnamon; set aside.
Stir flour and sugar until well mixed.
Combine bananas, eggs, oil and vanilla until blended.
Add blended liquid ingredients to flour mixture and stir.
Spread half of batter into pan.
Sprinkle half of nuts, brown sugar and cinnamon.
Spread rest of batter.
Sprinkle with remaining nut mixture.
