Zucchini Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. zucchini
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. prepared biscuit mix
    dash of marjoram
    1/2 small clove garlic, minced
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Wash the zucchini; trim off ends, but do not peel.
    Shred on medium blade of vegetable shredder.
    Combine eggs with zucchini; add cheese, biscuit mix and seasoning.
    Mix well.
