Mandarin Orange Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. (1/2 stick) margarine
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 large egg
    1 tsp. orange flavoring
    1 c. Fiber One
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    2 Tbsp. instant dry milk
    1/2 c. water
    1 c. well drained mandarin oranges
Preparation
    Cream margarine and sugar at medium speed until light and fluffy.
    Add egg and flavoring and mix at medium speed for 30 seconds, scraping bowl before and after each addition.
    Stir dry ingredients to blend and add along with water to egg mixture.
    Mix at medium speed until flour is absorbed.
    Stir mandarin oranges into batter.
    Fill the paper lined cups half way.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 22 minutes and lightly browned.
    Serve hot.
    Makes 12 muffins.
