Chicken In Sour Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts, deboned with skin off
    6 Tbsp. butter
    3/4 c. Sauterne wine
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    In heavy skillet, brown chicken in 4 tablespoons butter. Sprinkle 1/2 cup wine over chicken; cover and simmer for 25 minutes.
